Meet Jagmohan Sharma
With over 18 years in Australia, Jagmohan brings a lifetime of expertise in hospitality. Originally from India, he holds a degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management and has worked in some of the most reputable venues across the country. His hands-on experience, passion for food, and attention to guest experience shape the heart of The Grand Saffron. Jag is the creative force behind our menus, operations, and hospitality excellence.
Meet Amrit Pal Singh Bajwa
Amrit has lived in Australia for over 11 years and also hails from India. He holds dual Master’s degrees — one in Business Management from England and another in IT Management from Australia. With 7 years of hands-on hospitality experience, Amrit combines strategic thinking, customer service, and operational insight to ensure every event at The Grand Saffron is memorable, smooth, and beautifully executed.
